Inside Mamet

the f-word
and its many derivatives
proffered
in one constant flowing rhetoric
is fun
to do

Going along with my Akira Kurosawa and Christopher Nolan poems. This one, on David Mamet, is actually a slight revision of an older poem: I can't seem to get the fourth line right. Maybe I need to draw the idea out. I don't know.

For the next five weeks, I'm going to take Fridays off, along with the weekend. If I'm inspired to write, and I'm not too lazy or tired to blog, then I may still be around though. We'll see: I just wanted to keep y'all informed.

I like this poem. My only suggestion is if you intend to draw this idea out, I think you should literally incorporate the f-word and all its derivatives into this poem.
