***MAJOR SPOILER FOR ANYONE WHO HASN'T READ OR SEEN GAME OF THRONES***
This isn't really much. I had a bunch of lines on Eddard's beheading, but hated all of it. I found it interesting that his own sword, Ice, is what is used to kill him. I found it interesting that we're introduced to Eddard when he beheads a deserter and claims the man who does the sentencing should swing the sword, while we watch Joffrey command his knights to slap his would-be-queen around. I found all this interesting, but can't really make anything of it yet. Maybe another day.
I too am pretty into this show. I am hoping to start reading the books too. I haven't done any reading this summer, hopefully I can knock some out and get the first book of the series shortly.
