Reflection

In the dim light
she laughed
and I thought
of everything
that has brought me
to this point:
love,
fear,
hate,
mania,
bliss.
My life
a short film
about nothing special
with that dry little giggle
as the soundtrack,
and it's all worth it.
and it all makes sense
for once.

This is a heartwarming little poem you have here. I like how you separate love and hate with fear since the reason we hate is buried in fear. At first, I didn't like the title but I noticed the pun with reflecting on something or how a child can be seen as the parent's likeness. Well played (only if it was intentional though).
