I hide in syllables,
Three dimensions in two,
With one pair of goggles
For me—forgetting you.
You study my blind spot,
A wound upon my back.
You watch it ooze and clot
To learn what I might lack.
Together, we find truth,
A handshake agreement,
Gripped firm and resolute—
No hint of malfeasance.
Yet, Unknown is the Sphinx
Whose riddle can’t be solved.
In desert sand it sinks
With the chance to evolve.

I've been super busy this week so I haven't had the time to respond to anyone's poems. I have been reading them and enjoying them. I'll try to respond tomorrow or over the weekend when things slow down a little.
I like it, especially the final stanza, where the message takes shape. It reminds me of a conversation I had with a few friends a while ago about Myers-Briggs. They were talking about how one of 'em was a ESFP and the other was, OMGOMG, a ESFJ. I wanted to puke. And then they recommended I take the test. No thanks. Anyway, I like the critical stance your poem takes on personality tests, which all fail to grasp the complexity of each individual.
You also weave true rhyme elegantly into this poem, although to greater effect in Poem-O-Matic. I've dabbled with true rhyme before, and can't get beyond the grade school Dr. Seussian tone. Kudos to you for employing it so well.
